*FLUTTER FAERIE HOLLOW TERMS OF USE* Effective December 4, 2018 Please be sure to read this page along with social sites page. Under no circumstances are items from my site to be used on social sites unless a particular membership allows it. I do not allow any of my content to be used on Face Book either. It is also a Social Site. No protection what so ever. General Terms I reserve the right to change, alter or amend my Terms of use as I see fit. I will do this as needed. It is your responsibility as members to regularly check my terms for any changes made. All changes will be announced through the Member's Only Updates group. You are bound by my terms whether or not you have fully read and understand them. Any violation of my terms will result in membership termination and banning from becoming a member at any time in the future. Due to the Nature of our content it is only to be used online. No Printing, no sharing of anything directly from our site in groups, forums, or between you and your friends is allowed. You MUST NOT share anything through Yahoo, google or any other groups, forums, social sites unless the original site or creators terms state you can. It is your responsibility to check their terms to see if it is allowed. You MAY NOT share anything you receive as a member with anyone else unless it is specifically stated that you are allowed to do so. You MUST display your linked membership logo or a clickable text link where ever you use graphics from this site. You must also credit the original creator, as most of my content is from other sites. It is easy to credit, if you when you download, you sort by creator, as my pages are marked. If a website no longer exists, then just supply a text credit with the name of the creator. Graphics from my members area is not for resale or commercial use unless they have been made into such items as... sigtags, incredimail or outlook express stationary, websets, avatars, banners, blinkies, adoptables They are not free to spread around such as scrap items, or digital graphics that are allowed for such commercial type use. Penalty for violating any of my terms will result in membership termination. If you have been found to have violated any of these terms, you will be banned from purchasing from our site again. If you are a Member and have violated any of these terms, your membership will be revoked and you will be removed from our membership area and all content you may have on your site that you have obtained from our site must be removed immediately. Before placing anything you receive from Flutter Faerie Hollow on your site you MUST have the Three Protection Scripts in Place. Membership---UserNames and Passwords---Logos When becoming a member you are required to join the Members only announcement group. https://groups.io/g/FlutterFaerieHollow You are required to remain a member of this group for as long as you wish to use items from my membership. Once payment is complete and your username and password has been sent to you, there WILL BE NO REFUNDS. Your username and password is unique to you. You ARE NOT to share it with anyone Logos will be supplied when you join. You will have 5 days to have the logo displayed and linked on your site or your membership will be suspended until it is. If at a later time it is found that your logo has been removed, your membership will also be suspended. If your membership expires, you must keep my logo on your site if you continue to use items from my site. You must be able to produce your logos if asked to. If at any time you get a website, even just a pixel blog, you will need to create a page to display ALL of your logos on. Not just mine Co-Owners If you own a site with co-owners, your co-owners must also join in order for you to add anything to your co-owned members area. You MUST only add content from FFH to ONE members area. If you wish to add to more than one, you will need to purchase additional licenses. The prices for those can be seen on the Join page. Trades Membership trades are welcomed. You must have an established site. If you are interested in a trade, you will need to email me at flutterfaeriehollow @ gmail.com with your proposal. I am extremely interested in trading with sites on my wishlist. Licenses I currently offer 3 licenses on my site. All items within my Member's Area are available to all Members . BUT.... You MUST follow the terms for each section. All items (outlines) within my Member's Area are allowed to be tubed for end use only items. NO AS IS unless you hold the appropriate license. Tube License You may tube items (greyscale/outlines) from my members area and place tubes in your Member's area for END USE only . You may also sell them in packs for END USE only. Any tubes in my members area are for END USE items only, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED You MAY NOT resell, add to protected areas or make profit from them in the form you obtained them in from my site.. Special Character License Same as the tubing license, but applies ONLY to the items in the specified section by the same name as the license All other rules apply here as well.. AsIs License Allows you to add items in this section to your members area for your members END USE ONLY To use items specified as AS IS, you must hold an AS IS license in order to use it in this manner. Tubes You MUST credit FFH as well as the original creator(s). You MAY make END USE items such as sigtags, incredimail or outlook express stationary, websets, avatars, banners, blinkies (must use more than one tube and a name for blinkies, you must create a scene when making these items) You may make these end use items for profit. You MAY NOT recolor tubes. You MAY NOT alter for animations unless the tube has poses to allow that. Lineart The lineart offered here comes from other sites as well as my own original lines. MAY NOT be used AS IS unless it is specifically stated you may do so. You MUST credit the original creators, as well as FFH when using. Credits must appear on any page the graphics are displayed. No line altering allowed . You MAY NOT cut crop alter or change tubes or lines in any way other than coloring and shading (tubing), or unless it is to remove a pixel or two to make clothing fit. At this time all items on this site, unless otherwise stated with each item, are only for End Use. You may not add them to your members area, unless other wise noted. Tutorials You MAY NOT create Tutorials with anything in my members area even if the original creator allows it and you hold a license for that site. If you want to create tutorials from a sites items you obtained from my protected area, use theirs instead. Dolls Dolls must be dressed before using. If you hold a tubing license and are placing items in your members area all dolls MUST BE DRESSED. NO EXCEPTIONS. It will be rare that dolls will be placed here naked, only if the original creator allows it, such as bases and lines. No altering for animations unless the doll has poses to allow that. Adoptions - Linkware Most are Free to adopt, but there will be some that have a fee Adoptions may consist of SigTags, Dolls, Avatars, Logos, or other goodies that will be exclusive to 1 purchaser only. Adoptions are only available by order and must be customized for you and your site. Adoptions may be added to your members area. They may be adopted by your members. MUST NOT share or alter. They are for use on your own pixel or collections site only If an Adoptable come with a logo, you MUST add your site name in the section supplied you MUST display the logo with the Adoptable TOGETHER and link back to FFH. With both, you must provide a clickable text link or a clickable logo in every email or place you use it. Avatars, Backgrounds, Desktops, Dividers, Palettes You MAY NOT add them to your members area as is or altered You MAY use Backgrounds and Dividers in your sigtags, incredimail stationary, WebSite and Wordpress themes You MUST provide credit back to www.flutterfaeriehollow.com in the main page footer credits. SigTags You MAY NOT mass upload your SigTags to any site for others to download You MAY, however, upload them to an image sharing site such as fotki.com to use the web urls in forums., You MAY use in forums, but you are REQUIRED to provide credits in the form of my logo or a clickable link.. SigTags are only for emails, forums or your own WebSite use to show off. Member's can order 5 free tags per month, included with your Membership. Incredimail Stationary For your Personal use only, MUST be ordered and customized with your name, whether they are free, PurchaseWare, or from the Member's Area You MAY NOT alter them in any way. You MAY NOT share them with your Friends, Web Sets - WP Templates - WP Themes You MAY NOT... -alter my Web Sets other than adding your own content for your Web Site. -change the layout, if you want a different layout, use a different Web Set. If we don't have one available that is what you want, please email us and let us know what you would like. -alter the credits footer if the Web Set comes with a Header Image. -add other graphics to this set, or take away any graphics, it was made with these images with a vision in mind and that's how it should stay. YOU MAY... You may alter the credits footer only by adding your image credits. You may change the blinkers, only using other blinkers that come with the set You may change the amount of links you need. You may remove all content from the inline page, including the header and footer images to add your own content. You may duplicate the inline frame page called "Homehtml", and add your own content, in order to build your Web Site. It is suggested that if any of my websets have this particular named html page, rename it to homepage You may change the font you use with this Web Set. You may add wording to the banners You may add your own Header image, if a header is included you may only add your site name to it, no other changes are allowed. Please note*--Not all Web Sets ,may come with headers. If this is the case, please fee free to create your own. You may alter the wording and text color in the scrolling marquee if there is one May only be used for its intended purpose. On wordpress installs for your site.. You MAY NOT tear them apart and use any portion of the theme separately for any other purpose. Auctions Ad Spaces My entry page is dedicated to banners for advertising your site. To submit your banner please do so in one of the following size formats. 120 x 60 - 88 x 33 - 120 x 75 - 400 x 60 You will need to provide your site link as well. You are welcome to submit more than one site. Freebies---Games I will do my best to have at least one free request-able sigtag per month that visitors can ask for. Games are free to do and prizes are also free. Give them a shot , you may win something good Purchase Ware Tubes Must be linked back to me as well as the original creators. They may not be shared. Swap Meet This section is for sites who would like to trade packs of tubes. If you would like to do so, please be sure that the pack you want to trade is comparable in tube count as well as price.
